The FLGTTA, Florida Grassroots Table Tennis Association, was created from the
passion that our coaches have to bring this wonderful lifetime sport to everyone.
We recognized the value and importance needed to create ping pong 101 programs to train program directors,
athletic directors, and sports specialist throughout our communities; furthermore, giving our communities the
additional tools to help the fight against obesity, social isolation, Alzheimer's, and all together a truly
healthy alternative for everyone.
